Can I lease my alarm system?

We offer flexible leasing options for both residential and commercial systems. Leasing allows you to get the protection you need with lower upfront costs and ongoing support included. Contact us to learn more about which purchase works best for you!

Can I control my system from my phone?

Absolutely. With apps like Total Connect 2.0 (Honeywell) or Virtual Keypad (DMP), you can arm or disarm your system, view live camera feeds, lock doors, adjust smart devices, and more — all from your smartphone or computer, no matter where you are.

What happens during a power outage?

Our systems include backup batteries to keep your security active during power failures. Monitoring stays online for hours even if the power goes out.

Can you upgrade my existing system?

Yes! We can evaluate your current setup and recommend modern upgrades — including new keypads, smart features, or integration with cameras and access control.

Do you service systems you didn’t install?

Yes. We specialize in evaluating and servicing nearly every alarm system — even if we didn’t install them. Our technicians can get many legacy systems back up and running, and we’ll assess whether your equipment still meets today’s security standards. If upgrades are needed, we’ll walk you through your options.

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

Yes — all of our alarm systems can be connected to our own, local, and UL-listed central station for 24/7 professional monitoring with fast police, fire, or medical response.
